  3. I enjoy doing exercise every morning. This my habit has been started when I am studying at the university. I did aerobic at first. It's so interesting for me and to help me to reduce a big amount of weight. I feel more confident and more love myself. It is a way that I take care of myself every day. Now I try to do Gym for about thirty minutes every day before I go to work. This action makes me feel like to have high energy and waking up all day long. I think I will keep this habit as long as I can.

  4. I love cooking in my free time. My mother got me into this when I was young. I really enjoy cooking with her in our little kitchen. We make delicious food for my father and he loves it so much. Sometimes, we try new recipes on the weekends because we have more free time on that days. I find that cooking is so much fun and relaxing.

  5. In my late teenager, I enjoy hanging out with my friends in my free time. But in the early 20s, I prefer things like watching movies or series at home. During covid pandemic period, I find out another interesting hobby that is doing a workout at home. First, I started doing it because of weight loss and then I knew that doing workout makes boost your body immune system, maintain your body weight and good for your health. So, I'm still doing it at least three times a week. I guess hobbies could change depend on feelings, conditions and age.
