  1. Hey all – I left the Gundogan stuff in because it's not 100% confirmed he's fit and he might drop in price before the deadline. If Pep says he's fine on Friday then yeah, perhaps ignore that bit 😀

  2. Kevin De Bruyne faces a late fitness test for Saturday’s home clash with Norwich City, boss Pep Guardiola has revealed.

    City Magazine September 2021

The Belgian came on for the closing stages of last weekend’s loss away to Tottenham, but Guardiola says he didn’t train on Friday and will be assessed tomorrow.

The Catalan also says that Ilkay Gundogan is fit play against the Canaries, though, Phil Foden is several weeks away from playing.

“Kevin could not train today,” said Pep.

“We’ll see how he feels tomorrow. Gundo is fit to play.

“Phil Foden will be ready after the break.”

Kyle Walker and John Stones didn’t take part against Spurs having just returned to training a few days before, but both will join Raheem Sterling in being available to start against the Canaries.

Asked on the progress of Stones and Walker, Pep added: “Every week, every day the players are better. Definitely.”

  3. So with your recomendation on using Fantasy Football Scout, I have registered, Paid the premium and now unable to access the content as its refusing to send me a password, ive tried alsorts to sort but its coming up with error. I have tried emailing them and i have heard nothing back, really dissapointed as I have paid £28 for their services and the support is shite. Can anyone help?

  4. There is not much to move to from GW 1 really so seems sensible to not tinker and save the transfer for week 3 when I will have seen how Lukaku does and can get to him without losing Salah and Fernandes if I wish.

  5. I really like your team, I'm not sure whether to use your one or my one. What should I change in my team?

    Goalkeeper: Sanchez
    Defenderrs: Tsimikas, shaw, alexander arnold.
Midfielders: Bruno, Salah, Son, Greenwood, Benrahma
    Strikers: Antonio, dennis.

    Subs: Foster, Amartey, Ayling, Cucho.
    Remaining money: 0.4 million.

What do you think? I have used my wildcard for this week by the way.

  6. What i like about rolling the transfer for gw3 (and most people do to) is having a little wildcard in gw3 by taking a hit and making 3 transfers across the positions where its needed. Because right now to go for a player you really want, usually you cant go straight to without a hit(s). Feel like if i take the hit now for gw2 i would want to do that anyway for gw3 too. So that would be -8 instead of only -4 by rolling the transfer.
Its early anyway and if we have somewhat template team than there is no need to use that 1 transfer now. I would only use a transfer now if i've really messed up in a preseason and now my team looks obviously bad.

  7. Can't believe Sancho already got a price decrease, lad couldn't even play a half and people already starting to get rid of him! Ridiculous!

  8. I think its the 26/8 when the rules regarding isolation etc are reviewed / revealed.
No Chelsea players till after GW6 for me. Allows players to get going and tough fixtures out the way.
    Sancho WILL start this GW

  9. Mbuemo looked great against Arsenal but that's because Toney was dropping in deeper than he would to play him the lay off from the long ball. His finishing is not quite as strong and for that reason watch out for Toney this week when Crystal Palace don't play a high line.

  10. I left 2.0 in the bank looking ahead to GW2 so I can take out Barnes and bring in Mahrez but I'm kind of hesitant now… because Barnes is playing Norwich in GW3 and also i would be more flexible by having 2 free transfers. Which is the better option?
