Tangzhong: 40g de harina 000 / 200ml de agua
Mezclar: 580g de harina 000 / 60g de azúcar / 12g de sal / 10g de levadura en polvo / 10g de leche en polvo.
Agregar: 260ml de leche / 1 huevo / (Todo el Tangzhong)
Agregar: 50g manteca
Dejar reposar 40 minutos en bowl tapándolo con un film.
Dividir en 6 partes iguales.
Y dejar reposar otros 15 minutos más con un film encima.
Colocar bollos en el molde
Y dejar reposar otros 30 minutos con un film por encima.
Pintar los bollos con mezcla de yema de huevo y leche.
Hornear a 180 grados durante 25 minutos.

I made this twice and couldn’t get it to rise like this. Are you sure this counts for half stick butter (4 tbs)??
I have a question, how much tangzhong do I use? Like everything that I made? It seems a lot to me. Mine dough is very sticky and doesn't seem to rise much. What did I do wrong?

Probably the most satisfying recipe I tried because it really came out soft! So happy T_T I used it for donuts and they were SOFT and not hard. 😂😂 Definitely recommended!!! Knead by hand for a smaller portion so if you want the arm workout, gloves recommended!
